Hello Tuesday! Today is our last full day of school. Because we are going to the bowling alley for our 5th grade party, students should wear light color soled shoes. 5th grade t-shirts will be on their desks when they arrive in the morning. They will change into their shirt, then head out to CAMP. After CAMP, we will enjoy a small breakfast treat while going over our party rules. We will travel by bus to the bowling alley, leaving around 9:30. Thank you to Mrs. Mantovani who will be helping with breakfast and riding the bus with us. We are looking for a second parent from the Cep home base to be our bus chaperone. We will be at the party from about 10-1, then head back to school to wrap up our day. Thank you to our fabulous room moms and volunteer parents for all of your hard work putting together the celebration.

Wednesday, we are half way through the week and our first early dismissal day! Today is Dapper Day!! Students should come to school looking their sharpest. We start our day by heading to the multipurpose room and watching our All A All Year students be honored on KNN, then Mr. White presenting awards to those that earned the Presidential Award. Parents of those students have received an email invitation to this event. After the awards, 5th grade will have a time to exchange yearbook signatures. We will have CAMP at 9:20 for 30 minutes, then go back to our classrooms and get it ready for the summer by helping clean and put away. Dismissal us at 12:15pm.

We made it!! The last day of fifth grade. Today in addition to our culminating activities in the classroom, we will have a game day. Students can bring board games, or electronic games to play with their classmates. We will have our last CAMP of the school year. We hope parents will join us at 11:45 for our Walk to Remember. All 5th grade classes will line up under the covered area. Con- Ceps kids will be the last two classes wrapping around the school as our younger classmates clap us out. It is a wonderful time of reflection, and encouragement. Bring your cameras, tissues, and sun glasses.
